I am honored and excited to announce my appointment to the Board of Directors of the Lake County Free Clinic. The clinic’s mission is simple yet powerful: to address the unmet healthcare needs of our community by providing quality medical and dental care. Its work makes an important difference for individuals and families throughout Lake County who might otherwise face barriers to receiving essential healthcare services. Throughout my career in healthcare information technology, digital transformation, and artificial intelligence, I have maintained a consistent focus on using technology to improve healthcare access, outcomes, and the patient experience. As Co-Chair of the Northern Ohio HIMSS AI Center of Excellence, I have had the opportunity to collaborate with healthcare leaders across the region to advance the responsible use of artificial intelligence and other innovative technologies that benefit patients, providers, and communities. Advancing digital equity is also a key priority. As healthcare becomes increasingly connected and technology-driven, we must continue working to close gaps in access to technology, education, and trusted resources. Everyone should have the opportunity to benefit from the advancements taking place across modern healthcare. It is a tremendous honor to support the Lake County Free Clinic’s mission and help advance healthcare access, digital equity, and community well-being. I am grateful for the opportunity to serve alongside the dedicated volunteers, healthcare providers, staff members, board members, and community partners who make this important work possible every day.
