2025 Concord Township Citizen of the Year

John Paganini, President of Paguar Informatics, was named Concord Township’s 2025 Citizen of the Year in recognition of his community leadership, service, and commitment to strengthening the Township. Paganini has contributed his time and experience to numerous civic, healthcare, technology, and community organizations throughout Northeast Ohio. His service in Concord Township included participation on the Citizens Advisory Committee, which evaluated community needs and developed recommendations concerning funding for local fire and safety services. The committee’s work required careful research, analysis, public engagement, and collaboration. Paganini applied his experience in technology, business strategy, and data analysis to help support an informed and transparent process.
