John Paganini, President of Paguar Informatics, has joined the Greater Cleveland Partnership Tech Board of Advisors, a group of regional technology leaders helping shape Greater Cleveland’s technology strategy and priorities.
Paganini brings extensive experience in healthcare information technology, artificial intelligence strategy, entrepreneurship, product development, and community leadership. Through Paguar Informatics, he works with organizations to develop practical AI strategies, strengthen leadership capabilities, and identify opportunities for responsible innovation.
He also serves as Co-Chair of the Northern Ohio HIMSS AI Center of Excellence, where he helps bring healthcare, technology, education, and community leaders together to advance the responsible adoption of artificial intelligence.

Its Tech Board of Advisors provides guidance on programs and priorities that support technology-enabled business growth throughout Northeast Ohio.
Paganini’s participation will provide another opportunity to advance collaboration among the region’s healthcare, business, technology, and educational communities while contributing to Greater Cleveland’s continued growth as a center for innovation.
