John Paganini, President of Paguar Informatics, has joined the Board of Directors of Lake County Free Clinic, extending his commitment to healthcare innovation and community service throughout Northeast Ohio.
For more than 50 years, Lake County Free Clinic has provided free medical, dental, and other health-related services to uninsured and underserved individuals. The organization serves its patients with a focus on quality care, dignity, compassion, and respect.
Paganini brings nearly 40 years of experience in healthcare information technology, artificial intelligence, entrepreneurship, product development, and organizational leadership. Through Paguar Informatics, he helps organizations develop practical AI strategies, strengthen leadership capabilities, and responsibly apply emerging technologies.
He also serves as Co-Chair of the Northern Ohio HIMSS AI Center of Excellence, where he helps unite healthcare, technology, education, and community leaders around the responsible adoption of artificial intelligence.
“Lake County Free Clinic provides essential services to people who might otherwise go without the care they need,” Paganini said. “I am honored to join the board and support an organization that makes such a meaningful difference for individuals and families throughout our community.”
As a board member, Paganini looks forward to supporting the Clinic’s continued growth, community outreach, enabling digital equity and exploration of responsible innovations that could improve access to care, strengthen operations, and enhance the patient experience.
His appointment to the Lake County Free Clinic board represents another opportunity to support programs that improve the health and well-being of Northeast Ohio residents.
