John Paganini, President of Paguar Informatics, was named Concord Township’s 2025 Citizen of the Year in recognition of his community leadership, service, and commitment to strengthening the Township.
Paganini has contributed his time and experience to numerous civic, healthcare, technology, and community organizations throughout Northeast Ohio. His service in Concord Township included participation on the Citizens Advisory Committee, which evaluated community needs and developed recommendations concerning funding for local fire and safety services.
The committee’s work required careful research, analysis, public engagement, and collaboration. Paganini applied his experience in technology, business strategy, and data analysis to help support an informed and transparent process.
His broader community involvement includes leadership in regional healthcare technology initiatives, service to nonprofit organizations, support for community education, and participation in local automotive clubs and charitable events.
“This recognition belongs to everyone who shows up, listens, and lends their skills to make our community stronger,” Paganini said. “Communities thrive when people are willing to participate, ask thoughtful questions, and work together.”
The Concord Township Board of Trustees formally recognized Paganini as the 2025 Citizen of the Year during its August 6, 2025 meeting.
