CEO of DinkerBop

John Paganini served as CEO and co-founder of DinkerBop, a Cleveland health technology venture founded in 2015. The company developed a simple radio designed to help people living with Alzheimer’s and dementia independently enjoy familiar, personally meaningful music. Caregivers could preload a USB drive while users operated the device through three large selection buttons, a power button, and an accessible volume control. As CEO, John helped guide the company’s business strategy, funding plans, product development, local manufacturing approach, and path to institutional and consumer markets. The broader product vision included patient-care sensors, connectivity, and customized content for people with Parkinson’s disease, stroke-related limitations, autism, Down syndrome, and others who could benefit from simpler technology.
