In 1995, John Paganini developed MediMate, one of the earliest electronic medical record systems deployed at the Cleveland Clinic Atrium Group. The project demonstrated how thoughtfully designed software could improve access to clinical information, support healthcare workflows, and help establish the foundation for more connected digital care.
